As we approach the height of the Highland games and Scottish festivals season (late spring to early autumn), I thought it would be useful for the members of Clan MacNicol of North America to know who exactly are our active state and provincial Games Commissioners, and to read a schedule of the events at which they’ll be representing the Clan.
